OUR MISSION: IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR DOGS AND THEIR PEOPLE

We opened in 1999 offering Portland's first dog daycare during the day and running positive-method training classes in the evenings. The response was so amazing that we soon expanded to a second building and grew to more than 16 classes a week and cared for 50 dogs a day.

A few years later, we moved to our current location and phased out the daycare to concentrate solely on training. In 2020, we added our Day Training service, where we take in up to 10 dogs a day for concentrated training.

 

Our trainers are all on staff, following the same curriculum and positive, practical methods to ensure consistency and a high level of quality. Together, we have more than 80 years experience training people and their dogs.

 

Having many dogs ourselves over the years, we know how important it is to train them well, provide the best care and manage their environment to be the best they can be. That's a Happy-Go-Lucky dog!
